speaker questions
my alpine 4x6 plates finally craked and died....
i planning to to replace these with the kappa plates....
when i come up with enought money i wanna put speakers in the kick panels.
my question is....has anyone run the plates, kick panel speakers and 6x9s.... is this a good idea or should just get rid of the plates when i decide to spend the money and get the kicks....also planning to run amps on the speakers.....then for the last install i plan on installing some 12s sometime in the distant future...
if im able to do this setup...whats it gonna take to run this setup, such as hardware radios that sort of thing.
thanx

Plates and kicks are not a good idea together.
Go for the kicks, the imaging is 10 time better anyway.
It depends on what your looking for.
Of course I'm and Infinty junky, so I recomend at least there Reference series. Really great sound and quality.
Amps, and subs are up to you. IT really depends on how much pound you want.
