Where would be the best place to put a amp

I plan on buying a MRD-M300 Alpine amp, i was wondering where i can place it, what would be the best place, on the right side of the trunk or on the top. B/c my box fits right at the bottom it comes up to where the right side is higher the the bottom??
plz give me some ideas.

i have to keep my stuff out of the well in the back so i put everything up top due to leaking water

you could try to put it in the rear trunk storage compartment, or on the other side where the spare sits..

I like where I have it. I just carry a can of fix a flat in the storage compartment in case I get a flat, and I have AAA so if the wheel is torn to shreds I just get a flatbed tow. Besides, what good is a spare you have to inflate anyway?
