legacy subs
legacy subs
so whats everyones opionons on legacy subs? a friend of mine said that he would sell me two 12 ones for 20. i know they arent blown or anything, they were in his truck for about a year until he went to a bigger box and 3 12" JLs. the legacys hit fairly hard in his truck. i cant remeber any specific model but they are an orangish brown in color. so u think i should grab them. i mean its just $20.

dont listen to him. yea legacy subs are crap but you cant really find cheap *** subs that cheap. if you have a box and an amp without subs and its all in there buy them just to have bass. you can always upgrade.

I ended up gettin a legacy 500 off ebay a while back...I was surprised it sounded pretty damn good. I had tried some other cheap subs too...The Legacy was sounded better then the kicker I had lying around. It really wasnt that bad. Now of course my 2 Rockford PUNCH XLC 12s were cutting it, but thats another story...All in all the Legacy sounded pretty damn good for the price.

For $20 you can probably hire a Wal Mart greeter to bang on a coffee can with a spoon. Not only will it sound better, it'll be more fun to watch.
