Will This System Be Good?

HEY ALL,

I AM GETTING 2 12" infinity refrence subs (50-300 watt rms) from crutchfield (buy 1 get 1 free) so theyre 149.99 total. I am getting 6X9 infinity kappa 3-ways 562.1 dpi or something. I will be getting infinity kappa plates for the front, and the subs will be powered by a 600 watt jbl amp. I will have a pioneer primier D740P deck... will this be good or not really?

THANKS,

TOM

PS, will i need a cap?

sounds nice. i believe people have said you might have a little problems squeezing the plates in but it can be done. with anything less that 1000 watts, you shouldnt need a cap.

Sounds good to me man. I would save up though and by a POS 4 channel for your speakers. Thats just me, I like bass but, you need treble to hear the music.

i used to own infinitti products..nothing wrong or bad..good company..the kappas are very good...you really really need an amp though..you will regret it..your bass will FOR SURE drain your mids and highs..two 12's or 10's pack a punch in a hatchback...your best bet is ebay..i saved hundreds with this set up and evreything was new in the box...just got the product numbers off of crutchfield...if anyones got the money go with boston acoustic or mb quart..incredible sound..

Sounds like a good set up. Look into getting kicks and component speakers for the front(www.subenclosures.com) and a good 4-channel amp to power the mids and highs . Good choice on going with infinity.
