Looking for input from Q-Form / 5spd owners
How is the leg room?
Would you do it again?
How do they sound?
How do they fit?
Are they black molded and painted or color molded? I have Tan int
Anypics of the leg room?
I know that SubEnclosures have nice kicks but I liked how the speakers are pointed in the q forms.. mind you I would like to shift my car without dodging the kick panels.
Thanks

I own some q-forms only because I haven't had time to build my own kicks. I want to finish the trunk first. They are pretty cheaply built in my opinion. They sound fine but I have lined the backside of mine with layers of deadning material. They fit fairly good but they sometimes don't like to fit flush with the area closest to the door and the plastic piece that connects them to the stock trim piece in the car looks cheesy. They can be easily painted. If you have a big foot they may get in the way of the clutch.
I really do not think they are worth the money and would build my own or buy something else from someone else who is building them. The lower profile design will give you much more room and if you aren't looking to compete the lack of angle of the mid probably won't mean much.
If you want a good deal on a set that is cut out for 5.25's you can email me with an offer. mikejdm@hotmail.com I'd rather see you buy some used ones and repaint them than spend a bunch on new ones.
