I have been looking at this amp to power my 12A. has anyone ever used this or any other ultimate amp and can tell me what you think of the quality of the product? Also if anyone has had any problems with the amp how did the customer service rank?

i have not used one myself, but i have heard they are pretty decent. if its not too expensive, go for it. if you're lookin for something powerful on a low budget, go for the jbl 1200.1. they put out up to 1400 watts
