@ss munches struck again, no more, need some wire help.

Well been seeing alot of thefts here its my turn for the 4th time!
My Kenwood was swiped when I was working out last night. Of course no one seen anything. Lucked out sorta this time, they poped the window open and dident damage anything that cant be replaced.

Heres where I need help. I'm not going to pop $400 for another CD player or any system they might think is worth stealing, doesent make sence to get ripped off a 5th time. I picked up a Delco casset deck from a 94 corsica this mourning for free and nabbed the harnes, my factory harnes was cut when the 1st owner got his stereo stolen and was rigged, would be different anyway. I need to know what wires go where for model #16182701, 14 wires total. I think I know where 8 of them go, look like speaker wires but I dont want to blow this one up.

Any help would be appreciated.

Dont' get an alarm or anything. Let your car continue to be an easy target.

But for what it's worth, the late model delco cd players with the speed-sensitive volume are a great, high quality radio... much better than the garbage that was around in the mid 90s and before. The newer delcos sound good with a LOC, and if you hide the rest of your equipment, you can make it look all stock.

Thanks for the wiring info.

Actually I had a few alarms, lost the remote on one (discontinued) and the other stoped working. The installer who I foolishly paid to do I job I could have done did not stand behind the warrenty which is the only reason I had that audio place do it. 2 of my stereos were stolen with the alarms blaring so they dont exactly work around here anyway.

This new used one should work fine for me must be getting old..................... or cheap..................................or frustrated................. all of the above.
