building ps2 in the dash

alright i know this may sound stupid to some poeple but i could care less...but what i was thinking is actually building the ps2 behind the dash and have 5 slots cut out..1 for the cd tray, 2 for the eject button ,3 for the reset button, and the other 2 would be for the controllers. im not totally sure how it would look so im gonna try it out on a couple spare dashes i have.. i was also thinking of taking it apart and extend the controller wires and the part you plug the controller into and put them in the console by the power window switchs..well i still got alot of thinking to do but i just wanted some opinions...thanks in advance

Usually when I see someone install a PS2 in a car (in car audio mags) they basically take the entire thing apart, extend the cables, and mount it. So like the CD tray will be in the dash, the plug ins for the controller will be by the seats, and the brain of the PS2 stashed somewhere else. It's alot of work though.
