interference problem with stock radio?

quick question. my brother used the car i have now for a while, 89 V6 firebird, and had an aftermarket kenwood CD player installed in it for about 2 years. my brother took it out and put it in his new car, and wen i got this car, i installed the factory radio.

before he got the cd player installed, it was fine, but now, with the stock player back in, when i put the windows up, it amplifies through the radio and blasts distortion.

is there anything i can check? some sort of interference? or is that normal and i didnt know? i wanna keep the stock radio in there for a while, unless i put the cd player from my project camaro in this.

thanks!

Try unplugging the antenna and see if you still get the interference.

you may have a cold solder joint inside radio,if so it will need to be repaired or the noise won't go away
