what would make this happen?

i have a kenwood deck and i sent it in and had all new internals and stuff put in it and then got it back and i couldnt get any sound. sent it back in adn they tested it and played it fo rlike 4 days strait and had no problems, got it back and still no sound. so it has to be in my wiring. what could cause there to be no sound? it acts like its playing and works fine but it just has no sound. what could cause this? bad wiring harness? bad ground? bad wired? im stumped. i ordered a new wiring harness and it should be here in a day or 2 and i think i might just take it to hh greg or somethin and just tell em to get it working for me. does anybody know how much that will cost? im gettin tired of driving around and singing to myself

How do you have it hooked up? Do you have an amp that you are running. Did you test the wires in the car before you installed the deck. I'm betting it's a simple wiring problem.

i got a gm wiring diagram from installdoctor.com. im pretty sure its wired fine but the only thing i can think of is a bad wire someplace or a bad ground. i am gunna take it in to hh greg soon and have them hook it up. they have the equipment to test everything and the knowledge to do it right. does anybody know how much it will cost me to do that? thanks
