Your best bet is to just take the whole thing out and install a new one.

Obviously you have no idea the complexity of car alarms. I'm not an expert here but I can tell you that it is alot of work to install one ecspecially for a begginer with out any expieriance. Why would I want to rip out a perfectly good alarm system just because of one little problem that only happens occasionally. Hell there is pry an easy fix to it, something that would take 5 minutes. Time to think logically now, the only reason I posted this was to get some help on how to diagnose the problem, not have someone tell me to rip it out and start over. If that were the case I would of just done that and not said a word. I work with what I have I can't afford to redo something as complex as that just cause one little part don't work. Helpful Feedback Welcome !

Just giving my opinion. It's easier to start from scratch than to try and figure out someone elses wiring job. If you don't like my advice there's no reason to get mad about it.

i am sorry for sounding angry and pissy towards you... any advice is better then NO advice right... you seem to be the only one giving out ideas so i best not be knockin you down on that... sorry for the attitude.... just the whole starting from scratch i have no idea how the wires run and where they all go and so forth it would just be a mess.... if anything i might just buy a new clip that goes into the alarm ecm box and rewire all the wires going into it to make sure they all have good connections and are not grounding off something or anything... thanks and i apologize for flamin towards you... keep it real man ... later
