i have 12" infinity subs now i need an amp for them: heres the specs for the subs,

power range 50-300 watts RMS each
peak power 1,200 watts
frequency response 20-800 Hz
sensitivity 92 dB
top mount depth: 6-1/8"
sealed box volume: 1.25 cu. ft.
ported box volume: 2.0 cu. ft.

So really all i need is an amp that has up to 300W RMS to make these pound?

yes, are visoniks any good? I assume ii cannot get a amp that has over 300W RMS coz my subs go up to 300W RMS, im not to familliar with all the rating systems.

 

RMA is power continous, not max power.......

 

so the 300W RMS on the subs is continuos.....so the amp shouldnt go past 300W RMS?

 

get a 600 watt mono amp and you'll be more than fine.
