how does this sound, i picked up a RF 500s( 500w rms bridged at a 4 ohm load) 2 alpine type R's 12" (i believe 4 ohm dvc) and a 2 cube box for $250 only used for a month!! this will be going in tonight and we'll see how she sounds this will be going in the winter beater

 

sounds like a good setup, is it a prefab box or homemade?

 

its a pre fabbed mtx one

 

that would be the weak point...without a good box it wont sound too good. I suggest building your own box you'll get better output
