4th gen radio?

I put a old one i had in my 91, but the volume wasnt loud enough, and had alot of static. Has anyone had one work?

The amp on the 4th gens are not part of the radio on alot of them. Also if you have a crossed ground then it will generate static.

i plugged it in the same way the 3rd gen radio was, with the connector
