ebay and look-a-like cheapo speakers... need explanation?????

ebay and look-a-like cheapo speakers... need explanation?????
Hi,
Im thinking of getting a new set of kenwood speakers for the car and i was looking around and i found a butch of stuff on ebay that looks axactly like the kenwoods (plus other brands) for dirt cheap and they even use simaler part numbers.
Now are these imitation kenwoods (not anyway connected) OR are they made by the same ppl or parts the kenwoods are???
If you look at some of the (imitation) sellers other items youll see other stuff resembling pioneer speakers and alpine decks.
