Which GM CD decks work with GTA steering wheel controls?

Pretty much just as the thread title reads. I know that the stock decks that came in GTA's in the late 80's worked with the controls, but will any of the newer CD decks work with the controls and allow me to control the CD player with the wheel controls?

Also, this didn't really come up in a search but are there any converters that would allow me to use my current Eclipse head unit with the wheel controls? I remember reading something about this a while ago but can't find that post again.

There is an IR device that will let you control an after market HU with the wheel controls if the HU uses an IR remote, I’ll have to do some looking to find more info on it. I’ll get back to you on that if no one chimes in with the make and model.

That thing in Crutchfield is supposed to work pretty good. I bought one for my brother to use in his 97 Grand Prix, but he hasn't installed it yet.

While the deck does accecpt a wireless remote, I'd rather not stick a transmitter anywhere in the car. I'd rather use the input on the back of the head unit and keep things seemless.
