Installing a 4th gen stereo into my 3rd gen. Everything hooks up fine except for the one connector in the picture. It does not fit into the new deck. The radio and cd player work fine without it hooked up. The fan does not come on on the new radio and I don't know if this connector controls my power antenna as it just broke.

What does this connector do--are adapters available and what is the correct placement on the new deck? Thanks
