has anyone built a box by the sticky specs? help!
im building a box off those specs for my ta and 2 rl-p 12's. im coming up with about 2.3 cubic feet for the whole box, no speakers.
my rl-p's like to see a box about 1.25 each, counting the speakers, which take up .18 cubic feet each. so i need to get at least 2.8 cubic feet. i made the front piece, the one big piece, to test fit in my car, and it seems to me i could extend it about 3 inches over to the drivers side at the bottom of the well, and raise the top of the box up about 1.5 or 2 inches.
has anyone tried this, or can anyone tell me if a single chamber sealed box will sound the same with more of the airspace over to one side? appreciate it.

It doesn't matter what the airspace looks like as long as it is enclosed. There are plenty of people on the board that have built taller boxes to get more air space.

has anyone widened it or just made it taller?
