anyone ever made their own box for these cars? i have an 85 camaro not ttop and i wanna make my own box for the trunk area for 2 12's, how hard would it be? is it worth just buying one for like150? i already have the wood tho it was free?? what yah guys think? later

 

i have built two boxes for my car, and for the price and custom design, i prefer it. I just got done with my last box and just posted pictures of it today. I will try to find pictures of the last box and post it to give you an idea.

 

pretty good looking box man, how close does that come to the hatch glass when closed? How does that affect the sound ?

 

there was quiet abit of room from the box to the hatch, at least enough for someone to pull it through the broken hatch. I have built a new box that is flush with the top of the well and it sounds awesome.

 

This is the latest box i built. It is not completed totally, i still have to install two 4in sony speakers.
