Routing Wires

Im am installing 2 12's in a sub well box in the back, and im goin to make a small amp rack to sit right behind the back seats b/c the amp is a power acoustik plasma sphere, and i want people to be able to see it from behind the car when the amp sends power out and makes the lightning look. My question is how can i run the wires so there all hidden. The power, ground and remote wires are taken care of, i just wanna know how i can run the wires from the amp to the subs for a nice clean look.

The simple answer is run them underneath stuff - under carpet, under the amp rack, etc. Put holes in the amp rack for the wires to pass through right next to the amp and then run them under the rack/carpet until they get to the subs.
