I Got A 2003 Stereo From A Friend's S-10, WIll I Be Able To Hook It Up, ANd Make It FIt In My IROC?

As long as the depth of the radio fits. Take the mounts off of your stock radio and mount them on the new radio. Make sure you have the wiring harness from the new radio and just cut and splice. It sems that the color code is the same on all GM & AC Delco radios are the same for many years. I just replaced mine yesterday and it worked like a charm.

I put a 97 S10 CD player in my Camaro. Pretty easy install, the lugs off my stock unit fit into the later model and it fit right in. You'll need the plug off the new stereo and have to splice the wires. You'll need to trim the rear of the console face plate as the new stereo sticks out just a bit, about 1/8 inch with a Dremel tool will do it. One thng to consider though, some of the newer stereos are security locked by the body control module computer, won't work in anything but the vehicle it came in, don't know if the 03 Sdime had this.
