Enlarging a 10" box.

I've got a dual 10" box for the back hatch of the camaro, and it takes up pretty much as much space as a box can take up back there. The problem? I'd like a set of 12's, not 10's. No one seems to want to purchase this box from me, and I was looking at it trying to figure out how I'd cut the holes to 12" from 10". I can't figure out any way that would give any kind of reliability in the long run. Am I screwed?

Before you start cutting up the box you need to make sure it would have enough airspace for the 12's"

It fills up the entire hatch area. It squeezes just about as much box into that well as physically possible, so I wouldn't get any more space out of a box built for 12's. And any other box I saw would be running them in a small box. Was gonna use filler to simulate a larger box.

Draw out a circle, one inch outward from the current holes, cut the fabric away along the line then get out a saber saw or similar hand held device and cut along the line. That's how I would do it.

or take it to a local place if you have one that does custom boxes in shop. if so have them just cut out the extra space cant cost that much takes them like 5 min tops with their tool they have.
