Speakers Under Front Seats
I recently acquired EVEN MORE speakers, and these are actually manageable in size to me. They are 120W 6" woofer wit built in tweeters.
I was considering putting them underneath the front seats. Just for the fun of it. Does Anyone think this will work, before i take apart my car to figure it out? Will the sound be noticeable enough to even matter?

If they're 120W RMS you'll definitely feel a thump... if they're 120W peak, you probably won't even notice... it sounds like a typical low wattage 2 way 6.5" speaker to me though. If they're subs you'll need an enclosure too.

I'd be amazed if you fit an enclosure under the seat, and you probably won't notice them. If anything I bet it's going to sound worse- more doesn't always mean better.

1. You'll never fit a speaker under the seat.
2. It would sound ridiculous
3. No 6" coax will ever provide useful output with a 120 watt input. If you don't destroy it almost immediately, at best, you'll get a disgustingly distorted, power-compressed over-excurted mess of a sound.

I cant see there being enough room at all. Maybe a 4x6 for a dash would fit. Would be muffled too. Plus if you have electric seats then its a definent no. Even if its not electrical if you did move your seat forwards or backwards it would mess something up for sure.
