anyone have a 15" sub?

im getting my SS RL-p on monday.. and i was wondering if anybody has a 15 in their 3rd gen and how did you fit it in there? i want to put it in the well becasue i need the back seats.. but i wanted to port it but dont think i would have enough room.. i was thinking i could get about 3.5 cu.ft in the back before displacement.. but i dont know what it would be after.. so anybody got a 15?

what i seen some pic's of people doing was taking the plastic pieces from the wel and making a fiberglass one there they made to and it looked realy good i forgot who it was but it was very nice looking

soo it looked like the plastic peices were fused onto the subbox?

yea they cut them and made it round off into the box . it was when i first joined but i remember what it looked like but cant remember who it was

I use to have (2) Kicker Comps back in my high School days. 90's. funny because I still have that box collecting dust out in my garage.

its hard.. and i cant find anything.. the one thread i found i forget whos it was.. but he made a pretty awesome box.. i just want mine ported.. but you need a big box to do that

I had a 15" JL in a bigazz box that took up most of the back seat....

15" ist really the best sized sub for our cars

I have seen some slick setups on here where they had 15s laying down flat in the hatch and made the box extend down into the well.

i have a 15 inch kicker and i just folded the back seat down for now but im looking to make a custom inclosure for the back

im actually in the process at the moment of building a box in the back... basically its like the well demensions they give you for a box on this forum.. but it is higher, and extends farther... i will take pics if you guys want them
