I need help! Audiobahn DUB600C 200W 6" Speakers
I have a pair of Audiobahn DUB600C that I bought on clearance from Summit about a year to a year and a half ago, and I broke one of them today. I was hooking them up to my computer (to test them before they go into my Firebird), and when I was pulling the wires out of the speaker, I pushed up on the quick release and didn't support the top. When I did that, it looks like either the glue that glued the grey piece of plastic (+ coil) to the magnet let go, or it actually broke off. I'm thinking of making a spring bracket to hold the grey plastic down to the base, but I was wondering if any of you knew a better way/done this before/know someone who can fix speakers/knows someone who is selling one. Please help! Thanks.

The gray piece is plastic, so unfortunitaly I cannot solder it. I was told that there is this synthetic glue that I can use? Anyone use this before?

That looks like a cosmetic piece to me. Break it up and take it out, or just glue it back into place with whatever glue you have.
