Speaker not working?

Speaker not working?
I just got some "new open box" 3 way 6x9 Infinity speakers from eBay. They look good, but one of them does not have any bass or seemingly power at all to the woofer, the tweeter works. The other tried on the same wires work fine, so its not the wiring. Could I have gotten a bad deal on a bad speaker? Or could I be missing something? Thanks!

If you tried the other one on the same wiring and it works properly, chances are the one that doesnt work is damaged internally and is bad.
