New Radio, Bad reception

Alright, I just bought a insignia 40w x 4 deck:

http://www.insignia-products.com/p-1...-playback.aspx

and I have a few questions.

I was kinda stupid in unwiring my last deck, thinking that all the color schemes would be the same. However, the color schemes were not. But now I have all the speakers, power for memory, power, and ground, but I have 5 wires that are not connected to my deck. (Brown, and 4 grays) On my deck, I have 1 wire that is not being used, and its "Power Antenna" it says on it, and its blue. The other wire that is not being used has a "sub output" taped on it with just one RCA cable ending on it.

Questions:
I am getting significantly worse reception when I am playing the deck now. I can hardly understand stuff that I used to hear crystal clear. Also, I am hooking up my subs to the deck pretty soon, and shouldn't there be 2 output RCA cables running out from it? (There are 6 rca slots on the deck itself, it says: Speakers-Front, Speakers-Back, and Input) and when I turn on my car, the deck doesn't come on, I have to push the power button for it to turn on, and it takes a good 4-5 seconds before it turns on.

Any Ideas?

Thanks

Antenna wire plugged into new deck? It can also slip out during install.

Pull it out and check that the antenna wire is plugged in properly?
