Does anyone know how 2 wire these up, my set has 4 wires and im not sure which ones to connect where.

These usually have an amp right at the speaker. There are adapters that will allow you to use the amp and a different head unit but the sound is not so good. I'd find a new speaker to put in the Bose enclosure instead. I think those are 4 inch speakers?
