Baffle Board Build

Well, I built my Baffle Board

Only going to use one sub, due to air space below would be to little to run the 2 12's.

This is my current setup during test fit (it's tight in there, sealed up good) // Havent yet hooked it up, to cold to be running wires through firewalls etc, lol Will do it on warmer day

Using a 300Watt Pioneer, bridged with the one 4ohm sub, to be running at 300watts peak (which sub is also rated at), the board is a piece of MDF carpeted, and the sub is 1 12" Kicker Comp C12.

The amp/Install Kit :

The MDF pre-fabbed

In the car :

I think it looks great, and will sound 1/2 decent for what it is! 8)

Re: Baffle Board Build

any chance you got it working yet? I have been looking to build one exactly like that, I have a single 10" lying around too, and an amp, and wiring kit. Just wonder how it would sound.

So did you just cut a hole for the port, or is there a pipe in there? Also, any chance you saved the exact dimensions of the board? Looks like it fits perfect over those steps on the sides of the well.

Re: Baffle Board Build

It is 41" x 12.5" roughly, obviosly carpet and such will make slight differences, but it fits AWESOME, you push slightly on sub and you fell air blow from port hole, heh.

Haven't had it running yet, got to run all the wireing (to cold to be cutting through my firewall lol)

I will post up results when avail.
