Radio Help a 4th gen radio in a third gen car

Radio Help a 4th gen radio in a third gen car
The Delco from forth gen has a different back for wiring but my 89 firebird has three big wires and a power which this radio is missing is their anyway to get a harness that goes from a third gen firebird into a male connector for a 4th gen firebird?
