Basic Questions. I Think
First question as our cars have a side post battery terminal how do we hook up our amp power wire??? I found something made by Rockford (Link: http://cgi.ebay.com/Rockford-RFDGML-...3A3%7C294%3A50 ) is this all it takes??
Second question when running the wires from your head unit do you have to remove the center console to hide them??? And what about exhaust and trans heat??
Third question i'm planning on putting my subbs on the backseat (folded down of course) and i was wondering in this area of the vehicle where is a good ground point??? I was going to use the bolt where the buckle for the seatbelt is located since there not being used any way, or drilling a hole in the metal plate that the lower seat is mounted to. You all know best and any advice is greatly appreciated as usual.

Re: Basic Questions. I Think
1. The part you linked to would be correct. This would replace the bolt that is in place now and allow for a second wire to be attached (your amp wire).
2. I take it you're looking to run RCA's and power wire for the amp. There does not appear to be enough clearance (from what I've found) directly down the center of the vehicle to safely install these wires. If you unscrew your door sills, you'll see thats where all the factory wiring is run and there's plenty of room to run everything. While not necessary, most people run power cable on one side of the vehicle and the RCAs on the other. Some people may experience noise if running both side-by-side, this eliminates the possibility.
3. I would not recommend that you place subs in the rear seat area. If you get in an accident or have to stop quickly, you could get seriously injured if the box moves. Although its more work, I definitely recommend using the rear hatch to your advantage and buying/building a box specifically to fit in that area. As for a good ground, your seat belt bolt is a great spot. Just clean up the area (sand, degrease, etc) for a good connection. I like to use dielectric grease to reduce the change of rust or corrosion coming back, but that's just me.

I was thinking about goint to home depot or something and getting some metal strap or brackets that i can screw into the sub box and the rear hump to keep everything in place. How close is the fuel tank to the hump. clearance wise?

The tank is very close to the hump and it has been advised by others to not screw anything into there, as you may puncture the tank underneath. Not something recommended for obvious safety reasons. Also remember how big and heavy a sub box is; a couple of screws and plumbing strap are not going to save you in a situation that could possibly send the box flying.
When I did my sub box in the well area, I used pretty decent sizes threaded rod, something you wouldn't be able to use in the hump area due to clearance issues. Also helped to give a bit more piece of mind when it comes to worries of getting stuff stolen.
