Which speakers?
Which speakers?
Hey everyone, I'm trying to replace all of my stock speakers which are blown/fuzzy or whatever. I've come down to either Infinity Kappa or the Kicker KS series. I would be getting both the 6x9 3 way and the 4x6 sets. I've only heard the 6x9 versions of both, not the 4x6. Which set do you think would be better? Also which one do you think would have better bass. I heard them both at different locations and the quality of the music being played varied with the different stores so a direct comparison was difficult for me. I will be running of a pioneer head unit, but most likely will be amped in the future. Thanks for any help.

If you want to get loud, kicker is the way to go,If you want detail..Infinity...Kappas lack a lil bass...my dad has kappas all around and the bass aint too strong but u can hear the music with detail.
Ive listened to a looot of 4x6 and you are better off putting some tweeters in there.
If you want full range speaker try to squeeze a round speaker..It will sound much better.
I'd personally get me some components.I wish I started off with them.

For the dash.

As for the rear....I'd go with a 6'5" comp set over a 6x9 You cou always add a single 10" sub later if you want more bass.
These comps have a lot of mid bass to them.

Good budget DVC 10" sub
