Re: Were did you hide your amp?
Heres a shot of my setup.

Its a bass tube with a DVC Audiobahn 10" sub. The tube fits perfectly inside the well width wise. To make sure it didn't slide left and right under cornering, I cut a piece of MDF with a notch to fit the inside the port of the tube and long enough to reach the protruding side of the trunk well- basically making a bridge, a brace, and a flat place for the amplifier. I covered it with cloth left over from re-doing my sail panels and mounted the amplifier on it. The only downside is that there isn't anything in that foot or so of vertical space under the MDF board/amp mount. I call it 'secret storage,' if you will.
On the plus side (and a huge one, I think), I don't HAVE to pull the shade down to hide the whole system. Unless you're really, REALLY looking for my amp/woofer, the metal deck of the trunk hides it quite well.
