Speakers Crackle
Whenever I turn on my headlights or turn the volume past halfway the speakers start to crackle to the point where you can't even hear the song playing.
It's a 1988 Iroc with stock speakers.

I just got the car and it does need a tune up. I just wanted to double check to see if there was any other cause that I could look at.
