No cd player memory?

Transmission: T-5, RAM clutch
Axle/Gears: 3.23 limited slip
No cd player memory?

ive had to decks now and i cant save any settings on either one. am asuming this is a wiring problem. anyone have any ideas on how to fix it?

there should be i think its a pink wire, thats called ur constant, it has to be hooked up. at least that was my problem

Yea, it sounds like you dont have a constant wire hooked up.

sorry to thread jack but im in the same boat my wiring was F****d up so i people on here told me to run the power off of my fuse panel so i did that but i have no memory. so any help would be great. ive tried wiring diagrams and everything short of taking it somewhere to get it done.

Stereos need 2 power wires, a constant and a switched. The constant is whats used to store youre settings, the switched is what actually runs the unit when you turn it on.

Get a meter and look for a 12v constant. Make sure you crank, run and switch off the car while you're testing the wire to make sure it stays hot during the entire cycle.

check the arc(20amp) fuse, that was my problem after having 2 different hu in with no memory.
