Re: Quick wiring question
that is there for your safety, so "technically" no. if you ever get in an accident, you are opening a huge can of worms, regardless if it was on or not. however, there are ways to bypass it, but i'll leave that up to another to go into detail

I appreciate the concern man. I'll probably just leave it alone if it doesn't work, no biggie.

Re: Quick wiring question
If you do an internet search, there are a gazillion articles all over the web on how to bypass the 'park safety' and many units - I'm sure some are different than others and they all have their little bypass methods.
But as mentioned - your butt in the sling if you choose to bypass - any passing cop can ticket you, and you'll get sued for sure if you ever had an accident.
