JL Audio ZR650 CSI's

Is anyone out there running these component speakers? How many watts are you putting to them? JL says they are rated for 75RMS and i was wondering if 100RMS would be to much? I am new to this and i will be using a JL HD900/5 to throw power at them. Can i just turn the Amp down if it to much? Thanks for your help.

much like a 300hp engine doesn't put out full power at every RPM, the amp doesn't put out the wattage at every volume level; you'll be ok with that amp on those components as long as you're not cranking the stereo full tilt on a regular basis and the gains are set correctly

Good to hear that. Do you have any ZR components? Do you think they are quality speakers?
