I have one, came with the car.
It is barely OK bass. Better than nothing, like just the stock 4x6s & 6x9s, but gets real muddy if you actually try to get any semi-loud bass out of it.
Even though I have one & will keep it? I'd never spend my $ on one, if it went out.
And no, it will not fit in either rear pocket area, like the rear glovebox area, with the glovebox out, or in the spare tire area. I suppose it MIGHT fit in the rear glovebox area (with the cardboard part pulled out) but it would be real tight if it fit at all, and I wouldn't trust it pushing again the outer sheetmetal not to damage/dent it.
