Speaker help
Im looking to beef up my audio set up a little bit. I put in two 10" subs a while back but am now noticing my stock speakers are sounding a little out of date. Im wanting to replace all my speakers. Not looking to go over the top, but just want some nice sounding, good quality speakers. Basically im wanting to know the size of all the speakers in the car, how hard it is to install new speakers yourself, and im looking for suggestions on brands and a good site to buy them from. Thanks in advance for any help!

Re: Speaker help
I would use Crutchfield to find your speaker size.

As far as buying from a reputable source, follow this thread...

Take my advice on one thing. Use an amp (doesn't have be bad-azz) as it will make a huge difference in sound quality. An aftermarket head unit will probably boost the power levels up, but you have to remember that those are peak wattage numbers. An amp with RMS ratings that match your speaker selection (or slightly underpowered) would be best. Hope that helps.
