Factory Gta Bose ac delco cassette radio

Hey everybody I was wondering how do I make the factory cassette radio light up it's only lit by the fade an balance controls are lite how do I make the whole radio light up is something not wired right or are the bulbs burnt out in the radio

There are bulbs burned out behind the face plate. Most of them (3-4 total) probably won't come out and will break in the sockets. If you want to try to change them, you need to pull the radio out, remove the *****, and remove the screws on the outer plates (IIRC, been a while since I've taken apart a stock HU) which will allow the face to pull off.

I think I got it wired wrong I see that there is a grey an orange pig tail not plugged in my be this is for the lighting of the whole radio

Well, I would think that since one of the bulbs is working but the rest aren't that they're dead... You could try plugging in the connector (if you can find its mate) and see what happens.

Yea I'm attempting to see now if it will of not I'll pull the radio out an replace the bulbs an try that
