new stereo setup help?
Alright i bought a new stereo, its pretty nice too. As i was hooking it up i got it powered up, then i moved my car to my driveway and i tried the same hookup and it wont turn on, i checked the fuses and all, i cant figure it out, any help?
i had the continuous hooked up and it didnt work then tried the 12v switched and it ended up working, but now it wont.

You need the continuous 12v fused and hooked to the bat. and the switch hooked into "keyed on" the memory is the constant and the actual power is the keyed on.
aslo check your ground and other conections.

9 out of 10 times stereos not powering up leads back to your ground.

is there a fuse controlling the power to the radio? my on my fuse box theres one labeled "radio" but theres never been one on there and the radio worked fine before.

If it worked before and you wired it the same it should work now. Take a test light or volt meter and confirm you have power to the head unit. If you do check the fuse in the back of the unit and the ground. If not then supply it with power whatever way is simplest.
