CD player question........4th Gen.

OK, the Pontiac Monsoon Stereo in my 99' TA is prewired for a CD Changer. I found the wiring (GM finally is thinking!) but the connector is square and the connector on my changer is round.

Anyone know if there are adapters? Or do I need to find a different changer?

Yes, I've been exposed to both Peripheral and Blitzsafe brand adaptors. I installed at Circuit City for a coupla years so that's what i wound up using all the time. Depends on what kind of changer you're hooking up. Is it a GM one? Alpine? Kenwood? Sony? lemme know and i might actually have an answer for you besides just brand names.

www.pie.net has adapters to use a Kenwood changer....most other companies make them for Rockford.
