Went to a local car audio shop today to look at speakers today.On top of the usual kenwood,pioneer,sony etc,they really tried to push eclipse and mbquart(think that's how they were spelled)speakers.Never heard of them before but they sounded good.Anyone have these or know much about them.I don't know much about stereo equipment so any help would be very appreciated.

 

those are both really good speakers, you would be happy with either on.

 

MbQuart makes some of the best component speakers. Eclipse makes the best radios though. I'd get mbquart speakers before eclipse. They are expensive as hell though.

 

IMHO, MBs are the best component speakers available. They are costly, but you get what you pay for--Excellent sound.
