stock radio display problem

Engine: 305
Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: stock
stock radio display problem
Hello I have a 1989 trans am with the steering wheel controls Etc and the radio with the equalizer etc and the back lighting comes on and stuff but the display doesn't come on to tell you what station it is on etc just blank any help would be great I want keep it original

The radio pwr button works the radio works the display just doesn't light up and show up the station etc its blank

Send it to a radio repair place.
United Radio in Syracuse NY is a authorized GM/Delco service center.
Warning: VERY expensive.........................
Best bet is to get a used head unit from a pic n pull yard.
