Thunder Amps

Would the MTX Thunder4250D be sufficient enough to power 2 Thunder 6000 12's (250W RMS) wired in parallel (should be 500W RMS then)...I also heard that the D Class amps cause interference w/ the radio reception. Would the MTX do this as well? Any input would be appreciated.

That should be enough power for those subs. I have no idea about the interference thing though
