i want this amp, where can i get it cheapest and what three 12's sould i run off of it.

The cheapest place usually isn't the best place. I ALWAYS suggest you buy it from your local car audio shop as long as they are an authorized dealer. For the couple bucks extra that it will cost, you will be buying from a place that can help you when/if you have problems and will be there if you need warranty work.
