High Inputs or RCA's

I want to run a pair of 6 x 9 and two subs off of my 4 channel amp. My CD player has only one set of RCA outputs. Should I run the subs and the 6 x 9's off the RCA's by using a Y connector or should I run the
6 x 9's through the high inputs and the subs with the RCA's. I dont know which way would sound better. Thanks

Use the RCAs and the Y splitter. It will be cleaner.
