Ok i know that im not going get subwoofer bass out of a 6x9 but what 6x9 has the most bass?And isnt too high in price say like 100-150 a pair.

Everyone will tell you something different. Only way to find out is to listen for yourself. To be honest, i've never heard anyone's 6x9 in the stock locations to have really good bass without a sub. Now if you could build some kind of enclosure for the 6x9s, then you might have something, but thats hard to do.
