Power Antenna

How do you get at the power antenna, mine is stuck in the up position and i need it fixed. Do you access it from the outside or the inside , as I am just completly clueless.

I don't know if it's the same on a thirdgen cause I've never done it, but I replaced the antenna on an old Dodge Aries, taking those plastic 'bolts' out that hold the fender skirt to the fender, and squeezing my hand up to where the antenna is. There may be an easier way on a thirdgen though.

its exactly the same way, just that its very painful and hard. you gotta remove as many as those push pins that hold the plastic wheelwell in without breaking them, pull the plastic back, and squeeze your hand in there. Might be easier to remove the tire so your arm can straighten out. If theres a easier way, I'd like the hear it cause thats what i did on my buddies 89 firebird.
