2 ohm load

I was wanting to know if there is anyway to get a 2 ohm load out of a 4 ohm sub. I have an amp that is 75wx2 at 4 ohms or 110wx2 at 2 ohms, or 225 x1 @4 ohms. I was thinking about getting another sub and run them at 2 ohms. is there anyway I can do that. the amp can't handle a 2ohm load bridged but if it is 2 ohms at 2 channels it is fine. I know how to make 2 4ohm subs be 2 ohms if I bridged the amp, but how can I do it using to diffent channels and 1 4ohm sub on each? any help would be great and if anybody has inllustrainos would be great too!

There is no physical way to get a 2 ohm load out of a single 4 ohm sub. If you want a 2 ohm from 1 sub, you will need to get a dual voice coil sub.

in your case, it would be best to upgrade to 8 ohm subs to get the final 4 ohm. There is a way to take a 8 ohm total load, and cut it in half, but you need a Stinger Accumatch. They are kinda pricey, so you're better off buying new subs anyway.
